Alliance Personnel specializes in the supply of temporary personnel to the Production, Manufacturing, Traffic Management, Commercial, Professional, Warehousing & Distribution sectors. A very basic example of how a company could utilise our services is when they have fluctuations of work or unforeseen circumstances it is more efficient for them to turn to an Agency.
Due to the competitive nature of Employment Agencies, most of the potential clients you contact will initially be very negative towards you. This is because they are already utilising the services of an Agency or believe they will never have a need for an Agency. However, many of our direct competitors do not supply a genuine quality service i.e. they do not interview, reference check or job match temporary staff properly. We also operate a 24hr service which is currently shared 1 in every 2-3 weeks. Additionally, we do not work a standard 9am – 5pm. Our office hours are 7:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Thursday and on a Friday you will rarely finish before 6pm.

You also need a good understanding of maths (fractions, decimals, percentages & multiplication) as well as good English grammar for the purposes of letter writing via Word. A maths test will be completed during your interview.
The 1st week comprises of a comprehensive sales training course, hours 8am – 5:30pm. The course is a mixture of written work, role play modules & homework (homework mainly revising that days course notes). This educates on the reasons why companies will use an Agency and how to sell the service. It will provide you with the foundation to enable you to succeed in this extremely competitive industry. You will be paid £100 for the training week if you successfully complete your first 4 weeks employment.
