The candidate route
A thorough selection process takes place for every one of our commercial roles. The best CVs, which match the criteria for each role, are selected. From this shortlist, candidates complete competency tests, after which they are invited for a telephone interview, which gives us an opportunity to assess their suitability not only in terms of skillset and previous work history, but also in terms of attitude, personality and temperament.
