Alliance Personnel is a recruitment business which provides work-finding services to its clients and work-seekers. The company must process personal data (including sensitive personal data) so that it can provide these services – in doing so, Alliance Personnel acts as a data controller.

We will collect your personal data (which may include sensitive personal data) and will process your personal data for the purposes of providing you with work-finding services. This includes for example, contacting you about job opportunities, assessing your suitability for those opportunities, updating our databases, putting you forward for job opportunities, arranging payments to you and developing and managing our services and relationship with you and our clients (e.g. our client may require this personal data to process your timesheet).

You may give your personal details to the Company directly, such as on an application or registration form or via our website, or we may collect them from another source such as a jobs board.

In some cases we may be required to use your data for the purpose of investigating, reporting and detecting crime and also to comply with laws that apply to us. We may also use your information during the course of internal audits to demonstrate our compliance with certain industry standards.

We will never sell or disclose your Personal Information to any 3rd Parties to use for marketing.


You can choose to opt out and have your personal data erased, when the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; and there is no overriding legitimate interest to continue this processing.

We use your personal data for the following purposes: business and contract related communications; changes to Alliance Personnel Ltd policies; marketing communications.


With reference to the categories of personal data, we process the following categories of your data:

We require your personal data as it is a requirement necessary for the purpose of selling and/or purchasing goods/services.

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared in the completion of a legitimate business contract or in line with Alliance Personnel Ltd legal obligations.

We keep your personal data for no longer than is reasonably necessary. Data is kept for the purpose of continued business development; any legal claims/complaints.


Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
