We are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor for a full-time, permanent role based in Aston, Birmingham.
The main duties in this role will be inputting telephone orders as well as email, answering email queries and other general administration duties as required.
Working hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. However, one week in 9 you will be required to work late shift and a Saturday which is 2pm to 9:30pm during the week and 8:30am to 12:30pm on Saturday.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, have excellent administration skills and a clear telephone manner.
