We are currently seeking to recruit an office co-ordinator for a full-time, permanent role.

  • Front of house reception and administrative support.
  • Customer service.
  • First point of contact for visitors.
  • Dealing with and responding to enquiries, in-person or by email.
  • Taking payments, managing invoices and updating spreadsheets.

We are seeking candidates who possess strong computer/administrative skills and who have worked in a customer-focused role previously.

The working schedule is Tuesday to Friday 1130am to 730pm, and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.
