Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for office administrator to join one of their clients based in Tipton.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The ideal candidate must have experience of working in a busy office environment and will provide additional support to the current management team.
JOB DUTTIES
- Using SAP system on a daily basis (Full training will be given)
- Organising paperwork, filing, printing of documents.
- Understanding pallet codes.
- Emailing Customer contacts for flows in and out of the site, and to amend paperwork etc.
- Liaising with manager on site for stock counts.
- Carrying out induction process for new personnel (Full training will be given)
- Be responsible for day-to-day administration & office procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to details
- Experience with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
Monday – Thursday 8:00am to 04:00pm
Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
2 X 15 min break
1 X 30 min break
£11.25 per hour
Minimum of two years experience in a similar role
Temp-perm (after 12 weeks)
