Helping Traffix to keep things moving
Established in 2005, Traffix offers an innovative and refreshing approach to temporary traffic and event management. Traffix provides design and consultancy services through to implementation, maintenance and equipment for pedestrian walkways, contraflow systems, high-speed road works and events.
Our partnership with Traffix began in 2010. Back then the industry was not as regulated as it is today and we started by supplying a general labour workforce who at the time were not required to hold any qualifications. Today the traffic management sector offers a stepped career path from Trainee to qualified TM Operative through to Supervisor and Management.
As the traffic management industry has progressed TM operatives are now required to undergo a series of tests, inductions, exams and training courses before being allowed onto the roads. Our successful delivery of client-specific inductions and training courses on behalf of Traffix, has resulted in a considerable saving on time for the business.
The quality of our service delivery to Traffix is of utmost importance, using Management feedback to ensure we continually assign the same TM Personnel to suit their specific project requirements. On average we supply a temporary workforce in the region of 30 people per week ranging from Supervisors to Sand Baggers.
