My role at Alliance is? I initially Joined Alliance Personnel Ltd in an administrative role to assist in all areas of the recruitment processes across all sectors. After having advanced in my skills, I was offered the opportunity to further develop as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and have now successfully achieved this level.
I joined Alliance because? After having the opportunity in my initial administrative role, I witnesses the progression available within an industry I saw the opportunity to become successful within. This accompanied with my newly found passion for the job has led me to the desire of possible further progression within the company.
I would describe my training as? Fast, intense, and advanced. Where do I start! I have advanced at a pace that is hard to describe and my skills in all areas are advancing every day & I believe each day going forward this will continue in a variety of ways.
What I have learnt so far has helped me to? Be more organised and aware
Being part of the Alliance team means? Feeling a sense of ‘togetherness’ I enjoy being part of this team, whilst there is a competitive edge to any individuals within our industry the camaraderie is humbling when you all come together to achieve an overall goal.
I would say to anyone thinking of a career in recruitment. Don’t! run while you still can – I’m joking, I love it, if you’re after a career that’s fast-paced, rewarding and your prepared for hard work, this is for you.
